A Cross-Sector Forum for Preparedness and Collaboration

Disasters Expo USA Miami is designed to foster collaboration across disciplines, creating space for meaningful dialogue around preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery. The two-day event will feature:

  • Keynote presentations and expert panels
  • Roundtable discussions on critical infrastructure and community resilience
  • Live demonstrations and hands-on workshops
  • A large-scale exhibition showcasing emerging technologies and solutions

With more than 300 exhibitors, the expo highlights innovation across emergency management, communications, power and water systems, humanitarian response, and private-sector resilience strategies.

Introducing the Resilient City Expo

This year also marks the launch of Resilient City Expo, a newly co-located event premiering alongside Disasters Expo USA. As cities face increasing climate, infrastructure, and population pressures, Resilient City Expo focuses on long-term resilience through planning, policy, and design.

Running concurrently with Disasters Expo USA, Resilient City Expo brings together professionals from urban development, coastal architecture, infrastructure planning, and the built environment to examine how cities can reduce risk and strengthen communities for the future.

Across both expos, attendees can expect 12 keynote sessions per day, running in half-hour blocks from 10:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., along with four focused roundtable discussions over the two days covering:

  • NGO Collaboration
  • Disaster Communications
  • Private-Sector Community Resilience
