Pocono Township, Pa. — Police are investigating a reported retail theft involving three unidentified females at the Old Navy store in the Pocono Premium Outlets. Recently, incidents of retail theft have increased in the area.
According to Pocono Township Police, officers responded to the store at approximately 7:45 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6 regarding this retail theft case.
Surveillance Video Shows Suspected Theft
Store employees provided surveillance video that allegedly shows the three individuals removing clothing items from store racks, placing them into shopping bags and leaving the store without paying, an action characteristic of retail theft.
Police Release Suspect Descriptions
Police released descriptions of the three suspects involved in the retail theft. One female was wearing a bright pink, ankle-length puffer winter coat and a bright pink headband. A second female was wearing a black puffer coat, black leggings, black boots and a white hat with large black lettering. The third female was wearing jeans, black boots, a white crop top and a gray winter coat, and had red hair.
No Arrests Made as Investigation Continues
As of this writing, no arrests or charges have been announced, and the identities of the suspects remain unknown. The investigation into the retail theft remains ongoing.
