Once inside, visitors were greeted by a bright red pop-up space—an intentional nod to Hello Kitty’s signature bow. The store is filled with themed items, photo-friendly displays, and exclusive collectibles. Fans paused to take pictures with the décor before browsing shelves of merchandise.

From plush toys to accessories and novelty items, the shop offers plenty for visitors to take home. The pop-up is only open from November 18 to November 30, making it a limited-time must-see for Sanrio lovers.

Experience

One employee, John, said his favorite part of the job is working at the cellphone charm station. Guests who purchase a $13 charm get to pick out beads and decorations, which John assembles into a custom accessory. “I love working on the cellphone charm station,” he said. “Fans get really creative.”

According to staff, the enthusiasm has been nonstop. Fans leave the shop smiling, arms full of purchases, grateful for a chance to step inside a temporary world dedicated entirely to Hello Kitty and Friends.

The pop-up is expected to continue drawing large crowds until it closes at the end of the month.
