BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Presence News was honored to provide on-camera interviews and event coverage during the Modern Day Wife Soirée En Blanc held on July 17, 2026, at the Sofitel Hotel, 8555 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, California.
Originally scheduled to conduct an exclusive video interview with Rich Bornstein, a Forbes Contributor and member of the Forbes Council, the Presence News team quickly expanded coverage after the interview concluded by opening the floor to attendees who wanted to share their stories, businesses, and experiences on camera.
Using the elegant Soirée En Blanc signage as the interview backdrop, Presence News transformed part of the venue into a welcoming media space where guests could step in for professional interviews and behind-the-scenes photography.
The production featured some familiar equipment that has become part of the Presence News story.
Video interviews were filmed using the iconic Canon C300 Mark II, a cinema camera acquired by Presence News for under $1,000 after previously serving in production at MTV Studios, where it had been used during production of the television series Teen Mom.
Still photography was captured on the trusted Nikon D3400, purchased used through Facebook Marketplace in Westchester, New York, for just $60 more than two years ago. The camera continues to produce professional-quality images and remains one of the newsroom’s favorite pieces of equipment.
To complete the nostalgic newsroom atmosphere, interviews were recorded using a classic corded handheld XLR microphone, giving conversations an old-school broadcast feel while delivering clean, professional audio.
By the end of the evening, the Presence News team had recorded more than 30 on-camera interviews, with many additional behind-the-scenes photographs documenting the event.
