Overview:

Presence News has officially returned to Google Ads after testing an alternative platform that ultimately declined our newsroom for approval. Ezoic informed us that news publications are too broad and fast-changing for their niche-based ad model, so Google remains the most reliable partner for our operations. We appreciate our readers’ patience and encourage anyone who sees inappropriate ads to contact us immediately so we can escalate concerns to our Google team.

After testing a new ad network, we’re officially returning to Google Ads—here’s why.

As many of our regular readers noticed, ads briefly changed on PresenceNews.org over the past few weeks. We tested Ezoic, a platform that publicly claimed it could increase our ad revenue by nearly tenfold. After a full review of our site, however, Ezoic informed us that they could not approve our newsroom for their program.

Their reasoning was simple:
Ezoic prefers niche-specific websites—sites that produce one narrow type of content and rarely shift topics. Presence News, by design, is the opposite. We’re a dynamic newsroom covering breaking stories, local communities, entertainment, sports, legal developments, national events, and human-interest journalism. Because news constantly evolves, our content does not fit into one category, and Ezoic declined to move us forward.

With that, we are officially back with Google Ads.

What This Means for Our Readers

Google Ads is the global industry standard, and while it does offer reliable support, it also gives publishers limited control over which specific ads appear. We continue to monitor our pages closely, but if anything seems inappropriate, misplaced, or outside our brand standards:

👉 Please contact us immediately.
We will flag it to our Google team representative right away.

Your feedback helps keep our platform clean, safe, and professional for all 19,000+ daily readers across PresenceNews.org and our social channels.

Thank You for Growing With Us

As we enter the holiday season, our entire team wants to thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting Presence News. The growth of this platform has been incredible, and your trust means everything to us.

Here’s to a bright winter season, continued transparency, and an even stronger year ahead.
