Important Notice for Vendors & Billing Accounts
All vendors, partners, and organizations submitting payments or invoices to Presence News should begin using the new Pasadena mailing address effective immediately.
To ensure a smooth transition:
- Mail sent to the previous New York address will be forwarded for approximately 6 months
- Vendors submitting monthly payments may continue using the prior address during this transition period if needed
- Accounts that bill Presence News monthly are requested to update records and send all future invoices to the new Pasadena mailing address
- Presence News Preferences: If you are paying Presence News – Electronic payment paid 180 days before we start the work. If you are submitting an invoice to Presence News, we prefer a Net 180 payment terms paid by check. 🙂

However, updating your records promptly will help ensure:
