Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Kasdyn Click

Kasdyn Click is the founder and editor-in-chief of Presence News. Before launching the publication, he operated multiple event logistics and rental companies across the East Coast. These experiences gave him firsthand knowledge of municipal regulation, small-business compliance, and local government operations. This insight now informs much of Presence News’ civic coverage. In 2021, Kasdyn published his first book, After High School: Guide to Success. This marked the beginning of his professional writing career. He later expanded into press releases, editorial content, and independent reporting for businesses, organizations, and community initiatives.
As regulatory and bureaucratic challenges increasingly affected his businesses, Kasdyn transitioned to journalism full-time. He founded Presence News to create a platform for transparent, locally grounded reporting. Within two months of launch, the outlet reached more than 400,000 monthly views across its website and social platforms. Today, Presence News has published more than 800 articles and continues to expand its newsroom.
Kasdyn studied Modern Journalism at New York University (NYU) in partnership with Rolling Stone magazine. This further developed the editorial standards and reporting practices used across Presence News.
A recent podcast interview with YaYa Diamond explores the day-to-day operations and editorial vision behind Presence News.
