Presence News produces editorial coverage based on on-site reporting, interviews, and direct observation. Our goal is to provide accurate, professional, and balanced coverage of events, organizations, and individuals.
Unless otherwise stated, event coverage published by Presence News is editorial in nature.
Event Coverage Criteria
Eligibility for Coverage
Presence News’ Event Coverage section is reserved for events where our team has received one or more of the following:
- Official invitation from event organizers
- Approved media or press credentials
- Direct coordination with event representatives
- Confirmed attendance in a media or coverage capacity
This approach ensures clarity, professionalism, and consistency across all event-related reporting.
Confirmed vs General Coverage
Confirmed Coverage vs General Mentions
Events listed under “Confirmed Upcoming Coverage” or dedicated event hub pages (such as Disaster Expo Miami 2026) reflect situations where Presence News has confirmed attendance or official media access.
Presence News may reference or report on events more broadly; however, inclusion in the Event Coverage section is reserved for confirmed, on-site, or coordinated coverage.
Sponsored & Paid Coverage
Sponsored Content & Coverage Requests
Presence News may offer media coverage services for events, brands, and organizations. Sponsored or paid coverage opportunities, when applicable, are clearly defined and may include articles, video features, interviews, or promotional content.
Any sponsored or paid content will be disclosed in accordance with applicable standards.
Editorial Independence
Separation of Editorial and Commercial Work
Presence News maintains editorial independence across its reporting. Participation in paid coverage opportunities does not guarantee editorial endorsement, and coverage decisions are made based on relevance, access, and editorial judgment.
Accuracy & Updates
Ongoing Coverage and Updates
Event coverage pages may be updated as new interviews, articles, and media features are published. Presence News aims to maintain accurate and up-to-date information across all event-related content.
Remote Coverage & Contributor Submissions
In certain situations where Presence News reporting staff is unable to attend an event in person, Presence News may accept contributor-submitted coverage materials to provide audiences with direct, on-the-ground perspective.
These submissions may include written summaries, photography, and video content intended to reflect the event experience from a first-hand viewpoint.
To maintain editorial quality and credibility, contributor submissions are limited to individuals who meet established leadership criteria. Presence News considers a contributor to be a credible leader if they have demonstrated experience of in the last five (5) years led & manage an organization, team, or operation involving approximately 1,000 or more individuals.
All submitted materials are subject to editorial review, and Presence News reserves the right to edit, approve, or decline publication to ensure alignment with its standards and audience expectations.
