Rebuild Your Laugh to Honor More Than 50 Community Leaders at 3rd Annual Los Angeles Gala on December 19

LOS ANGELES, CA — Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization Rebuild Your Laugh is preparing to host its 3rd Annual Community Gala on Saturday, December 19, 2026, recognizing more than 50 community leaders, artists, and changemakers for their contributions to children, youth, and families throughout the Los Angeles area.

The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. at a Los Angeles venue that has yet to be announced. The annual gathering brings together community advocates, nonprofit leaders, artists, and supporters for an evening dedicated to recognizing individuals making a positive impact across Southern California.

An Evening of Recognition and Community Celebration

The gala will feature a red carpet reception, photo opportunities, dinner, live entertainment, a silent auction, and an awards presentation honoring individuals whose work has helped strengthen local communities.

Youth honorees will also be recognized during the evening, highlighting the next generation of leaders and advocates making a difference.

According to organizers, the celebration will showcase several of Rebuild Your Laugh’s departments and initiatives, including Queens Crown, Kings Crown, Healing Hands, Preemies Inc, and The Key to Housing.

Each initiative represents part of the organization’s broader efforts to provide resources, encouragement, and assistance to individuals and families facing challenges.

“This night belongs to the people who show up for this community all year,” said Nakea Gray, Founder and Executive Director of Rebuild Your Laugh. “Our honorees heal, feed, mentor, and create. The gala is where the community gets to thank them out loud.”

Supporting Families Across Los Angeles

Rebuild Your Laugh provides community-focused programs intended to support families, empower individuals, and address social challenges affecting residents throughout Los Angeles and surrounding communities.

Its work includes food distributions, youth events, women’s and men’s empowerment programming, and domestic violence support through its No Scars No Face department.

The organization also operates initiatives focused on housing assistance, healing, and supporting vulnerable populations.

Through its annual Community Gala, Rebuild Your Laugh aims to recognize the volunteers, advocates, community leaders, and artists who contribute to these efforts throughout the year.
