Ideary Works LLC founder Michael Mees is helping businesses create more accessible, user-friendly websites after bringing nearly three decades of web development and IT experience from Germany to Pasadena.

Mees said relocating to Southern California represented more than a business expansion—it marked the beginning of establishing long-term roots within the local community. After opening operations in Pasadena, he joined the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce as part of his commitment to supporting the area’s business community.
“Moving to the United States was not only about changing location,” Mees said. “It was about building a real local presence and becoming part of the community where the company is based.”
